| Range of use: |
| TBHQ can be used as antioxidant in edible oil, fried
food, dried fish products, biscuit, instant noodles, instant rice,
dried fruit can and salted meat products. |
| Methods of use: |
1. Dissolve TBHQ in oil at the rate of 0.15~0.20g/kg
and mix. Or make up oil sample (5-10%TBHQ) first,then add the sample
in oil at the rate of 0.15~0.20g/kg.
2. For salted meat and dried fish product,you can add TBHQ at the
rate of 0.15~0.20g/kg. Another way is to dissolve TBHQ in alcohol
solution at the rate of 0.5g/kg,then spray,smear or ret.
3. Add TBHQ in the oil used in fried food,biscuit,instant noodles,instant
rice and dried fruit can at the rate of 0.15~0.20g/kg. |
| Cautions: |
1. Must be mingled evenly in use.
2. Do not use in the condition of strong alkali.
3. If TBHQ is used with organic acid(such as citric acid,vitamin C,etc.),it
would produce synergism.
4. TBHQ must not be mixed with PG in use. |

| Keep in dark and dry warehouse and kept off wet,hot,corrosive
materials. |
